The Plastic Sea is a fictional nonprofit website that incorporates regenerative design elements and life's principles to attract and engage a community. Serving as a hub, the website's multifunctional design informs, cultivates cooperative relationships, and resonates with its community.

Visualizing Data

Organizing vital data should never be confusing, cluttered, ornamental, or dull. Engaging an audience on an issue requires informative storytelling that captivates and resonates. By providing compelling answers to who, what, when, where, and why, we take users on a journey that personally connects the issue to them.

Designing
Responsibly

I believe as designers, we have the power to change the world and make a difference. Responsible design goes beyond aesthetics; it's a commitment to creating solutions that are ethical, sustainable, and inclusive. By integrating these principles, I was able to design a project around something that affects us all.

Regenerate

During my senior year, I enrolled in a regenerative design course, inspiring me to redesign this website with a richer integration of life's principles. This transformation included a comprehensive rebrand and the addition of dynamic elements, elevating the website from its original single-functionality to a vibrant and multifaceted platform.
